Selected Air Force officer’s duties and responsibilities as subordinate leader. Responsibility and authority of Air Force officer. Application of listening, speaking, and writing skills in Air Force-peculiar formats and situations with accuracy, clarity, and appropriate style. Air Force officer’s responsibilities in personal counseling and feedback process. Students who want to pursue a commission in the Air Force should also register for AFRC 499 Air Force ROTC Leadership Lab.
