Mission
Our mission is to provide a high-quality student-centered education with a dynamic interprofessional faculty. The mission encompasses a central purpose for all majors; to prepare graduates for careers in health and allied healthcare settings to improve quality of life measures for individuals, families, and communities, locally, nationally, and globally.
Accreditation
The Exercise Science and Nutrition program is recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). The coordinated program in dietetics is accredited through the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
Programs Offered
The College offers Exercise Science, M.S. .
No graduate degree is offered in Nursing or Nutrition Science. The College offers courses in support of the Applied Instruction, Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, M.Ed. . This concentration is designed for students completing requirements toward Registered Dietitian certification.
