POS 375 - Research Methods II 3 credit hours This course introduces students to data sets and statistical software commonly used in quantitative analyses, and will teach students how to collect, analyze and present data. Students will take the skills needed to critically evaluate the research of others and apply it to an original research project by formulating their own research question, completing statistical analysis and drawing conclusions. This course includes hands-on training that will provide useful skills for both academic and professional settings. Prerequisite(s): POS 370 or permission of instructor.
