SPED 378 - Expressive Communication Strategies for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students

3 credit hours - The student will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement an oral/aural communication intervention program for children with hearing loss ages birth to adolescence and their families, with emphasis on the development of spoken language through the use of current technology including cochlear implants, digital hearing aids, etc. Admission to the Teacher Education Program. Prerequisite(s): SPED 375.
