MG 373 - Compensation and Benefits

3 credit hours - The strategic use of successful compensation systems to attract, retain, and motivate qualified employees to achieve competitive advantage will be explored. The course will include an examination of how legal issues and management policies shape the strategic choices made in the development of a total rewards system. Junior standing required. Prerequisite(s): MG 361.
