FCS 440 - Professional Hospitality Meeting Management


3 credit hours - This course provides the knowledge required to formulate and manage effectively the resources in a hospitality and tourism operation. Legal systems and laws relevant to the industry, especially dealing with customers and business contracts will be discussed. Issues will be discussed from the points of view of innkeepers, restaurateurs, travel agents, and professional event planners.
