MUS 232 - Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment in Music Education 2 credit hours This course examines the interrelationships among curriculum, instruction, and assessment in the music classroom. Participants will review state and national teaching standards, examine published curricula and instructional materials, and explore techniques for instructional planning and assessment. A field experience may be required. May be repeated once for a total of 4 hours. Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of MUS 101 with a grade of C or better.
