MG 361 - Principles of Management and Organization Theory 3 credit hours A study of the role managers play in creating and maintaining complex organizations. Organization theory and behavior are explored in the context of changing technology, a diversified work force, social and political/legal environments and the internationalization of the economy. Focus on the planning, organizing, decision-making, directing, and controlling functions of management. Sophomore standing required.
