ENG 365 - Creative Writing: Forms 3 credit hours An intensive study of either (1) a subgenre or form of fiction, creative nonfiction, or poetry; or (2) a single element of the craft of fiction, creative nonfiction, or poetry. Students will learn to read literature as writers, with attention to the ways in which a writer’s technical choices and craft decisions serve to shape and inform the work they produce. Includes a mix of creative and critical work. Appropriate for majors and minors. Prerequisite(s): ENG 261 (or consent of instructor).
