MUS 499 - B.A. Capstone

3 credit hours
Students pursuing a B.A. in music develop a capstone project in consultation with a faculty mentor. Typical projects may include a thesis in music history or theory, a performance or composition recital, a lecture-recital, a professional internship, or other projects subject to approval of the faculty mentor. The project should incorporate the major themes of the student’s B.A. course of study, bringing together the core knowledge and skills of this curriculum. Senior standing as a B.A. music major required.
