CS 405 - Computer Networks 3 credit hours This course is an introduction to the analysis and design of computer communication networks. It discusses application layer protocols, Internet protocols, network interfaces, local and wide area networks, network security, wireless networks and more. Through hands-on labs students will learn how to configure network components, how to manage network devices and how to identify security threats. Prerequisite(s): “C” or higher in CS 280
