MK 460 - Sales Management 3 credit hours This course builds on the professional selling curriculum learned in MK 454-Services Marketing and Professional Selling. Sales plays an important role in a variety of businesses from small, family businesses to international organizations. Students will learn the principles of sales management and the sales practices used in both consumer and B2B sales organizations. Prerequisite(s): MK 351 and MK 454 .
