ENG 439 - Special Topics in the Literature of a Region, Culture, or Period

3 credit hours - Exploration of a selected topic in a period or culture. May consider a historical problem (did women have a Renaissance?) or the literature of a period and/ or subculture (the Harlem Renaissance, Southern Literature). May be repeated for credit if topic is different. Prerequisite(s): ENG 300 or equivalent (or consent of instructor).
