EXNS 380 - Physiology of Exercise


4 credit hours - Information Literacy - Physiological principles as they apply to health, fitness, and sport activities. Includes lectures, demonstrations, and a separate two-hour laboratory experience each week designed to increase knowledge and application of the adaptations of organ systems created through movement and vigorous exercise. Restricted to Exercise & Nutrition Science majors, and junior or senior standing. Prerequisite(s): BIO 202  or BIO 342 . Course Fee $ 25.00
