MG 385 - Employment Law


3 credit hours - An exploration of statutory and regulatory requirements that govern employer/employee relations. Topics such as collective bargaining and unions, the Americans with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, and anti-discrimination laws will be covered. Junior standing required. Prerequisite(s): MG 361
