ECE 470 - Evaluation & Assessment in ECE

3 credit hours - This course examines how assessment data can be used to inform instructional decision-making and classroom management. This course will provide candidates with the assessment tools necessary to enhance learning for diverse student populations from birth to age eight. Teacher candidates will conduct evidence-based assessments of student learning, analyze data collected from a variety of assessments, communicate results with stakeholders, and use data to improve teaching and classroom management.
