ART 242 - Introduction to Photography

3 credit hours - Students will learn to use digital SLR cameras through a variety of projects which help them develop technical and creative skills. Critiques and lectures help students develop a personal vision. This course goes beyond basic camera handling and the snapshot to making images that are meaningful to students, enhance creative thinking, and offer opportunities to become adept at Lightroom and Photoshop software.
