SPN 320 - Latin American Literature in Translation


3 credit hours
Studies in Latin-American literature. Topics may include chronicles of conquest, Sor Juana, magical realism, the “boom,” and studies in national literatures (Mexico, Cuba, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, etc.) This course may include the study of basic literary theory. Prerequisite(s): SPN 301 , SPN 302 , or SPN 303 , or consent of instructor. (May be cross-listed with ENG 320 .)
