Foundations of client interviewing and counseling, methods of education, health behavior concepts, nutrition assessment, documentation techniques, medical terminology, weight management, eating disorders, fluid and electrolyte balance, diabetes, and tube feeding. Prerequisite(s): BIO 341  and BIO 342 .
