MK 454 - Services and Professional Selling 3 credit hours Examines marketing services, professional selling, and the relationship between the two. The course develops interpersonal persuasive communication processes and methods through lectures, discussions, and projects. It will also examine difficulties faced by service organizations such as nonprofits, consulting firms, and more. Junior Standing. Prerequisite(s): MK 351 .
