MATH 144 - Pre-Calculus Algebra

3 credit hours - General Education - The algebra of polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions, systems of equations and inequalities, quadratic inequalities, and the binomial theorem. Prerequisite(s): MATH 131  OR 147  OR ACT Mathematics subscore of 20 higher OR SAT Mathematics subscore of 444 or higher OR grade of B or higher in Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, or Calculus on high school transcript OR by departmental placement exam.
