FCS 465 - Parenting and Guidance

3 credit hours - This course provides an understanding of how parents teach, guide, and influence children and adolescents, as well as the changing nature, dynamics, and needs of the parent-child relationship across the lifespan. Students will learn positive guidance strategies and techniques to support healthy functioning and well-being of children and families. Prerequisite(s): FCS 291 or 391.
