1 credit hour - A survey course designed to introduce the student to fundamental team dynamics and team building. Application of leadership perspectives in practical activities fostering skills like conflict management and ethical decision-making. Group leadership problems designed to enhance interpersonal communications and decision making skills. Students should also take AFRC 202L. Offered: Spring only.
