3 credit hours - Selected Air Force officer’s duties and responsibilities as a subordinate leader. Responsibility and authority of an Air Force Officer. Application of listening, speaking, and writing skills in Air and Space Force-peculiar formats and situations with accuracy, clarity, and appropriate style. Air Force officer’s responsibilities in personnel counseling and feedback process. Students should also take AFRC 302L. Departmental approval required to enroll in course. Offered: Spring only.
