NPS 371 - Nonprofit Organizations - Overview and Operations

3 credit hours - An overview course that introduces students to the nonprofit sector in terms of its scope and structure, examines organization and management principles relevant to nonprofits with particular attention to differences from for-profit organizations, and explores career opportunities and paths in the nonprofit sector via use of guest speakers and projects.
