FCS 310 - Lodging Operations

3 credit hours - This course provides knowledge of hotel and lodging operations. Students will acquire an understanding of how a variety of lodging types, specifically hotels, operate by detailed examination of the departments common to most lodging properties, including the front office, sales and marketing, housekeeping, maintenance, and others. Additionally, revenue optimization will be discussed.
