EDC 556 - DSM: Diagnosis and Treatment Planning

3 credit hours - This course will provide an overview of the diagnosis of mental disorders as defined by the current DSM classification system and instruct participants in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders as defined by the DSM. In addition to differential diagnosis using the DSM, the course will address the current understanding of etiology, prevention, and treatment concerns related to psychopathology.
