EXNS 566 - Community Nutrition II Supervised Practice

4 credit hours - The community nutrition supervised practice rotation is designed to offer experiential training in community nutrition to students in the Coordinated Program. Students will work under the direction of a community Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or other community nutrition professional in the health department, WIC office, or a community nutrition agency and participate in the delivery of nutrition services to the community. Community Nutrition II rotation follows Community Nutrition I rotation and offers more depth in community nutrition training and opportunities to practice community nutrition research skills for the dietetic student
