EXNS 570 - Clinical II Supervised Practice

4 credit hours - The clinical nutrition II supervised practice rotation is designed to offer experiential training in clinical nutrition to students in the Coordinated Program. Students will work under the direction of a Clinical Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the hospital, long-term care facility, and/or outpatient clinic and participate in the delivery of clinical nutrition services to the patients, clients, and their families. Clinical Nutrition II rotation follows Clinical Nutrition I rotation and offers more depth in clinical nutrition training and opportunities to practice clinical nutrition research skills for the dietetic student.
